Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to and use of Mouseover. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
The service
Mouseover is a productivity assistant that analyzes information you choose to connect, creates a prioritized task list, and can prepare or perform actions that you review. Features may change as the service develops.
Your account and connected services
You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of information you provide, and activity you approve. You must have authority to connect each account and to let Mouseover process its data. Your use of Google services remains subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.
User approval and responsibility
Mouseover may generate summaries, task suggestions, and draft content that can be incomplete or inaccurate. Review outputs before relying on them. Gmail drafts and mailbox changes are shown for confirmation before Mouseover performs them. Mouseover does not send email automatically or modify Google Calendar events.
Acceptable use
You may not use Mouseover to violate law, infringe rights, distribute spam, gain unauthorized access, interfere with the service, evade provider limits, or upload malicious content. You may not use the service to make high-impact decisions about another person without appropriate human review and lawful authority.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you provide or connect. You grant Mouseover the limited permission needed to process that content and provide the service. Our handling of personal and Google user data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
Mouseover and its software, branding, and service design are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant rights to our trademarks or software other than the limited right to use the service.
Availability and changes
The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued. We may impose reasonable limits to protect users and infrastructure. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mouseover is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Mouseover is not professional legal, medical, financial, or employment advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mouseover will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using Mouseover or disconnect Google at any time. We may suspend access for material violations of these terms, security risks, or legal requirements.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will post the revised effective date. Questions can be sent to founders@mouseover.ai.
